This database contains the data analysed at the article “Trypanosoma cruzi infection status in birthing people in three endemic provinces of Argentina: a descriptive cross-sectional study” which objective was to assess the prevalence of T. cruzi infection among pregnant people in three endemic provinces of Northern Argentina. This database contains baseline data of the women enrolled from June, 2019 to November 2022 in the Betty trial “Short-course Benznidazole Treatment to Reduce Trypanosoma cruzi Parasitic Load in Women of Reproductive Age: A Non-inferiority Randomized Controlled Trial“.
