This dataset contains empirical survey data collected to investigate the relationships between social media usage, organizational capabilities, digital orientation, and triple-bottom-line (TBL) sustainable performance (economic, social, and environmental dimensions) among manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. The dataset includes the primary survey questionnaire alongside processed data files used for structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and predictive analysis: Questionnaire.docx: The full survey instrument used for data collection. Measurement model.xlsx: Data and results related to the evaluation of construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Structural model.xlsx: Data and model estimations for testing hypothesized direct and indirect relationships among the constructs. PLS_predict.xlsx: Predictive relevance and evaluation metrics derived from the PLS-predict procedure.
