E-commerce usage in Kenya 2020

Around one out of 10 Kenyans aged 15 years and older used e-commerce platforms in 2020. According to a survey conducted that year, 13 percent of the respondents used online marketplaces to buy or sell products and services. Another four percent used mobile money to make and receive payments on e-commerce platforms.
