Laodelphax striatella Transcriptome or Gene expression

To obtain all the transcripts of the small brown planthopper at different development stages, the egg, nymph, pupa and adult of small brown planthopper were extracted RNA, and mixed at equal ratio. The mixed sample was used to constructed cDNA library, and sequenced on Illumina platform. The transcriptome was assembled and analyzed. The results were in favor of researching the insistence , development and other research fields of small brown planthopper
