BCURE Training Needs Assessment Survey Instruments

The BCURE-Harvard training needs survey was designed to assess the attitudes, practices, and skills with regard to applying data and evidence in the work of mid-career and senior civil servants in India and Pakistan, as well as to shed light on their decision-making contexts, barriers to evidence use, and preferred training content and formats.
