系统自动生成采购物料缺料状态（如：缺1、缺2、缺3），方便公司采购员与供应商协商送货，以及生产计划合理安排生产计划，缩短物料齐套周期，提高企业产能，提升客户满意度。

Based on data such as production process cards, purchase orders, and purchase arrival records, this dataset tracks the purchasing progress of individual materials with production process cards as the core thread. It counts the number of missing material items for the current production process card in accordance with the current material arrival status, and generates corresponding material shortage statuses (e.g., "shortage of 1", "shortage of 2", "shortage of 3", etc.).

The system automatically generates the shortage statuses of purchased materials (e.g., "shortage of 1", "shortage of 2", "shortage of 3"), which facilitates company purchasers to negotiate delivery arrangements with suppliers and reasonably arrange production plans. This measure helps shorten the material kitting cycle, improve enterprise production capacity, and boost customer satisfaction.
