Cell of the DT40 chicken B lymphocyte line at mitosis. Z-series of widefield immunofluorescence images captured using a 100x/1.4NA planapo objective lens on a Deltavision system and deconvolved with a constrained iterative algorithm (Applied Precision). Displayed is the central z-slice. Prometaphase localization of INCENP (red) in INCENP-OFF cells expressing TrAP-INCENP W766G. Endogenous CENP-A is green and DAPI (DNA) is blue.
