The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) defect dataset, released by Peking University, consists of 1386 images covering six types of defects: missing holes, mouse bites, open circuits, short circuits, stray copper, and pseudo copper. This dataset is designed for detection, classification and registration tasks. We selected 693 images from it that are suitable for detection tasks, and the downloadable resources include files in both JSON and VOC formats.
