To elucidate some of the tools involved in early embryonic reprogramming, the levels of gene transcripts believed to be of importance to epigenetic modifications, and chromatin remodeling were detected by oligonucleotide microarrays in in vivo matured MII oocytes and compared with fully in vivo grown GV oocytes.

为阐明早期胚胎重编程所涉及的部分调控工具,本研究通过寡核苷酸微阵列(oligonucleotide microarrays)检测了被认为与表观遗传修饰(epigenetic modifications)及染色质重塑(chromatin remodeling)密切相关的基因转录本水平,以体内成熟的MII卵母细胞为实验对象,并将其与完全体内发育的GV卵母细胞进行了对比。
