We aimed to study the interaction of PNETs and pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs) in PNET progression through exploring specific gene expression of PNETs cultured with conditional media of PSCs. Overall design: QGP-1 cells were cultured with mock or conditional media of pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs). Total RNA was extracted and gene expression changes were analysed by microarray in comparsion to QGP-1 cultured with or without conditional media of PSCs.
