FIELD: pulp and paper industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulp-and-paper industry and enables to remove hydrophobic and hydrophilic contaminants from crushed waste paper material. Disclosed is a plant for cleaning liquid waste paper material of hydrophilic and hydrophobic contaminants， consisting of a receiving basin， a crude waste paper feed pipeline， a floating mesh filter， system for suction of hydrophobic impurities， which includes a rotary nozzle， a suction fan， a hydrophobic contamination filter accumulator， a hydrophobic contamination accumulation control system， comprising a light flux emitter and a receiver thereof， pipeline for supply of clean mass， hydrophilic contaminants discharge pipelines and waste paper mass transfer flow from the receiving basin.
