Dataset for controlling sugarcane press-mud fermentation to increase bioethanol steam reforming for hydrogen production

The data shows fermentation, steam reforming, and mass balances of the hydrogen production from sugarcane press-mud. Also, the data contain information about the characterization in terms of moisture, solid content, protein, carbohydrates, ash, and fibers. Moreover, statistical analysis are described in this data set.
