Data for: Bio-Chain: A DAG-Based Trust Framework for Secure Molecular Event Validation and Actuation in the Internet of Bio-Nano Things

This dataset contains the simulation outputs, configuration files, and run manifests supporting the BioChain manuscript. The release includes results from eight experiment groups: main performance evaluation, scalability, ablation, sensitivity analysis, MDF security experiments, Sybil resistance, replay mitigation, eclipse mitigation, and baseline comparisons. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility, validation of the reported aggregate results, and independent re-analysis of the BioChain simulator experiments.
