In this study we aim to test the effect of procyanidins amendment on lettuce associated microbiome cultivated on contrasted soils (i.e. sandy clay loam soil texture from the SERAIL Experimental Station and a loamy sand texture from the agricultural field in Manziat). To achieve our purpose, the same variety of Batavia lettuce was planted or not, during summer 2018 concomitantly in both Serail and Manziat, amended or not with procyanidins at two concentrations (0 and 210 kg ha-1) and bacterial and fungal communities were monitored, using 16S rRNA gene and ITS region using Illumina sequencing, respectively.
