Mice were vaccinated with Fluzone mixed with either Addavax, TRAC478, or PBS (unadjuvanted) and their immune responses were tested through various assays which concluded that adjuvant (especially TRAC478) elicited higher neutralizing antibody responses and increased protection in mice compared to mice vaccinated with unadjuvanted Fluzone.
