This dataset is a supplementary material for the manuscript entitled "Electroless Dealloying of Thin-Film Nanocrystalline Au-Ag Alloys: Mechanisms of Ligament Nucleation and Sources of Its Synthesis Variability".<br>The dataset contains:Two excel spreadsheets with EDX information and SEM images acquired with Phillips XL-30 SEM. Zip-file contains four sets of nanoporous gold samples: fresh (low t<sub>eq</sub>), fresh (high t<sub>eq</sub>), aged in air and aged in Ar. Folders also contain pdf files generated by AQUAMI for nanoporous gold SEM analysis. Folders with SEM images named as e.g. 1.1, where the first number represents subset number and the second represents sample in that particular set. For example, in folder "FRESH" subfolder 20190907_<b>1.1 </b>corresponds to the sample fabricated by chemical dealloying for 2 min 30 sec, 20190907_<b>1.2</b> - 5 min, 20190907_<b>1.3</b> - 10 min, 20190907_<b>1.4</b> - 20 min.
