We evaluated the therapeutic effect of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) on calf diarrhea. We collected fecal samples from healthy donor Korean brown cattle calves (Bos taurus coreanae) and transplanted into recipient calves representing diarrheic progression. By conducting metataxonomic analysis to longitudinally collected calf rectal luminal samples, we investigated the temporal dynamics of calf gut microbiota in response to FMT.
