资源简介:
This repository contains data from computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations related to the manuscript “Efficiency and hemodynamics of dual drainage venovenous ECMO: a computational parametric study”. LES simulations were carried out in a patient-averaged model of the right atrium and central veins using the commercial solver STAR-CCM+ (Version 2210, Siemens, Munich, Germany). Different configurations of cannulation used in venovenous extracorporeal circulation were simulated and the results are herein reported. The data in this repository are organized as follows: There are three .zip folders (one for single drainage cannulation configurations, one for dual drainage with single stage jugular cannula and one for dual drainage with multistage jugular cannula). The folders contain .cgns files with information about velocity (magnitude and components, in m/s), pressure (Pa), and passive scalar for each cannulation configuration, in the entire computational domain, averaged over the last second of simulation. The time averaged wall shear stresses (TAWSS, in Pa) are saved as .csv files for each configuration. The names of the files follow the ECMO cannulation configuration names used in the manuscript: FF, femoro-femoral; JF, jugulo-femoral; FJ, femoro-jugular; JFF, dual drainage; JFFss and JFFms refer to dual drainage configurations with single stage and multistage jugular drainage cannula, respectively; the numbers 1/3 (2/2 and 3/1) indicate the drainage ratio in L/min; f+, j- and f-f- indicate the advancement (+) or retraction (-) of the jugular (j) or femoral (f) cannula.
