Dataset: Vietnamese Real Estate Listings April-September 2025

This dataset contains cleaned and structured information on real estate listings in Vietnam, collected through a custom-built Python web scraper. The original data was sourced from publicly accessible Vietnamese real estate websites and processed to remove duplicates, normalize formats, and standardize key variables for analysis. The dataset includes property-level details such as: Listing metadata: date scraped, listing URL, listing type Property characteristics: price, area, location, number of rooms, amenities Geographic information: province, district, ward (where available) Text data: raw title and description of the listing Purpose:The dataset was created as part of a personal research project to study housing markets, property valuation, and investment strategies in Vietnam. It is intended to support further research in real estate economics, data science, and urban studies.
