In situ high-pressure, high-temperature single-crystal experiments in laser-heated DACs are currently possible only within a very limited pressure range and remain confined to expert-level studies. We aim to test the methodology for such experiments using a novel modification of Diamond Anvils with Round Tables (DARTs). The new equipment and setup will be tested at the ID15B beamline, focusing on the study of phase relations in the CaSiO₃ system at pressures up to 140 GPa. As a result, the high-pressure research community—particularly those working in mineral physics and solid-state chemistry—will gain access to an easy-to-use method for structural studies under extreme conditions
