Table of Wars and Armed Conflicts Fought by the Ganden Phodrang Army (1642–1950)

This is a table of the wars and armed conflicts fought by the army of the Tibetan government of the Dalai Lamas, the Ganden Phodrang (1642-1950), compiled in the framework of the ERC TibArmy project by Federica Venturi, with additional contributions from Alice Travers and Tashi Tsering Josayma. To this table are attached two related documents: first an introduction explicating the methodology, and second a list of the abbreviations used in the table for the primary and secondary sources.
Related to this set of data is a set of three maps which are based on this table of wars, in order to show the temporal and spatial distribution of the wars and armed conflict.
