This publication contains the dataset of the manuscript submitted to Water Resources Research entitled "High-frequency multi-isotope and multicompartment sampling of a flood event reveals mixing and reaction network shifts as drivers of Concentration-Discharge relationships" by López-Urzúa et al. This dataset contains geochemical data, rainfall records, groundwater waterlevel, and stream discharge data collected during a 26-day flood event in the Weierbach experimental catchment (WEC), Luxembourg.
