Effect of D-cycloserine on brain connectivity

3 time point study of D-cycloserine's effect on brain connectivity for patients with COPD over a course of pulmonary rehabilitation. Baseline, during pulmonary rehabilitation and after 4 doses of drug/placebo and following the completion of the course. Diffusion weighted imaging collected for 5 regions of interest.对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者在肺康复过程中的D-环丝氨酸对大脑连通性影响进行的3个时间点研究。包括基线期、肺康复期间以及药物/安慰剂4次给药后，以及康复课程结束后。对5个感兴趣区域收集了扩散加权成像数据。
