Next-Gen sequencing was conducted on 260 pools of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex bitaeniorhynchus mosquitoes (6540 specimens) collected at Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea (ROK), from May - October 2018. Metagenomic analysis revealed a highly abundant and diverse virome with correlates of health and ecological relevance.
