This article provides a comprehensive analysis of filtration methods aimed at reducing dust emissions in cotton cleaning technologies. Dust generated during cotton processing negatively affects technological efficiency, worker health, environmental hygiene, and production safety. The study examines existing filtration systems, their operating principles, and technological and environmental effectiveness. Furthermore, foreign industrial experience and modern innovative approaches for minimizing dust generation are reviewed, highlighting their advantages. The findings are crucial for improving cotton cleaning technologies, enhancing occupational and environmental safety, and ensuring compliance with ecological standards. This article contributes to the optimization of natural fiber processing technologies and the development of innovative solutions for dust reduction in the cotton industry.
