After the PE reads obtained by sequencing are split into samples, the double-end reads are first quality controlled and filtered according to the sequencing quality, and then spliced according to the overlap relationship between the double-end reads to obtain the optimized data after quality control splicing. Then the sequence noise reduction method (DADA2/Deblur, etc.) is used to process the optimized data to obtain the ASV (Amplicon Sequence Variant) representative sequence and abundance information. Based on the ASV representative sequence and abundance information, a series of statistical or visual analyses can be performed, such as species taxonomy analysis, community diversity analysis, species difference analysis, correlation analysis, phylogenetic analysis, and functional prediction analysis.
