Elemental sulfur autotrophic partial denitrification (S0-PDN) has attracted more attentions for its supply of nitrite for anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) without organic carbon requirement. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of high salinity on S0-PDN and the feasibility of enhanced strategy with addition of glycine betaine (GB).
