Genome wide expression profiling of S.pombe upon Atf1 over expression in Δpcr1 background

The gene expression profile can be correlated with the morphogenetic change observed in cells where Atf1 has been over expressed in Δpcr1 background Differential gene expression studies were carried out following over-expression experiments in S. pombe transformants (Δpcr1+φ and Δpcr1+Atf1). Here we conducted an analysis to put forth the altered gene expression pattern in conditions where certain genes were over-expressed in presence or absence of another gene(s), as compared to physiological conditions.
