NRS-9689 | Case registers [Cumberland, Newcastle and Wollongong Boards of Appeals, Department of Local Government [II]]

These registers record details of appeals heard before the Board. These registers give the case number, date received, nature of proceedings, names of parties concerned, hearing date, minute number, result, recovery of expenses (receipt number and date), appeal fee (receipt number and date; disposal of cheque and date), correspondence (date of acknowledgement, date of hearing, award and minutes), file number, and file markings. In late 1967 (19/19053) the format changes and gives case number, appellant, council, file number, date received, date heard, minute number, situation of land (ie. address), result of hearing, award sent, minutes sent and file markings. These volumes also include appeals lodged with the Country Board of Appeals and the Board of Subdivision Appeals. (19/19052 part-19053 part). 2 vols (part).
