Satisfaction with public transportation services.<br>Topics: frequency of travelling by international, national or regional trains (except MT and CY), suburban trains (except MT and CY), or urban public transport in the own country; most frequent purpose for travelling by train (except MT and CY) or by urban public transport in the own country; time needed to reach the nearest railway station (except MT and CY), bus station, metro or tram station; satisfaction with the following features of railway stations in the own country (except MT and CY): provision of information about train timetables, ease of buying tickets, easy and accessible complaint-handling mechanisms, cleanliness and good maintenance of stations; satisfaction with the following features of urban public transport in the own country: provision of information about train timetables, ease of buying tickets, amenities for passengers at stations, cleanliness and good maintenance of stations; satisfaction with the following features of railway travel in the own country (except MT and CY): frequency of trains, punctuality and reliability, provision of information during the journey, availability of staff on the train, availability of through-tickets, cleanliness and good maintenance of carriages, bicycle access to trains; satisfaction with the following features of travel by urban public transport in the own country: frequency of service, punctuality and reliability, provision of information on connecting services, ticket prices, availability of tickets for a journey using several modes, cleanliness and good maintenance of vehicles and carriages, routes taken, passenger security; reasons for not traveling by train (except MT and CY); satisfaction with the accessibility of railway stations in the own country for persons with reduced mobility regarding (except MT and CY): stations or platforms, booking process, assistance of staff, pre-journey-information, train carriages, ticket offices or ticket vending machines.
Demography: age; sex; nationality; age at end of education; occupation; professional position; region; type of community; own a mobile phone and fixed (landline) phone; household composition and household size; household member with limited mobility.
