We report the Tex10 binding and genome-wide map of H3K4me3 modification in Day 2 PGCLCs by chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing. Examination of Tex10 binding and H3K4me3 modifications in Day 2 PGCLCs. In the cells, Tex10 is fused C-terminally to HA tag, so anti-HA tag antibody is used for identifying the Tex10 binding sites in Day 2 PGCLCs.
