This project aims to uncover the molecular mechanisms causing male sterility in Chinese chive (Allium tuberosum). By comparing the gene expression profiles of male-sterile and male-fertile lines across different cultivars, we identified key biological processes and built an integrated regulatory framework. This research provides foundational insights for developing improved hybrid breeding strategies.
