RNA-seq was applied for identifying the change of transcriptome between L1 stage lin-52 mutants and N2, with and without UV after 6h of irradiation. Overall design: Biological triplicate of each Strain and Condition were analysed. That is, 3 samples N2 without UV, 3 with UV, 3 samples lin-52(n771) without UV, 3 with UV. Ribo-zero was applied to RNA samples, 25M pairs per sample. RIN =9.4 for all samples
