Mouse Striatum scRNAseq: 2 months of age

The striatum is a functionally diverse brain region. We investigated astrocyte and glia diversity within this brain region. To investigate the functional heterogeneity of astrocytes from a defined brain region, we performed single cell RNA-seq of striatal cells from adult mice (8-9 weeks old).纹状体（Striatum）是一个功能多样的脑区。本研究针对该脑区内的星形胶质细胞（astrocyte）与神经胶质细胞（glia）的多样性展开探究。为解析特定脑区来源的星形胶质细胞的功能异质性，我们对8~9周龄成年小鼠的纹状体细胞开展了单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-seq）。
