Dataset on biochemical composition and hydrothermal liquefaction of a native microalgae biofilm grown using municipal anaerobic digester effluent in Salt Lake City, Utah

This dataset contains data on the biochemical composition and hydrothermal liquefaction product yields of a native microalgae biofilm grown using laboratory-scale and pilot-scale Rotating Algae Biofilm Reactors and municipal anaerobic digester effluent from Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Data categories are separated into separate sheets for elemental composition of the biofilm and biocrude (CHNS-O), mineral composition of the biofilm and biochar (Al, As, B, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, P, Pb, S, Se, Si, Sr, Zn), product yields after hydrothermal liquefaction (mass in solid, non-polar, aqueous, and gas phases), properties of the aqueous product phase (total nitrogen, total ammonia, total organic carbon, pH, chemical oxygen demand), and biochemical chemical composition of the biofilm (protein, lipid, carbohydrate, ash).
