A Brazilian electronic health record dataset of hospitalizations with clinical information

This dataset contains anonymized electronic health record (EHR) data from hospitalizations at the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto (HCFMRP), Brazil, collected between 2000 and 2022. It includes 578.069 hospitalizations of 263.532 patients. Data cover hospital admissions with demographics information, diagnoses (ICD-10), medications (ATC), laboratory tests (LOINC), and outpatient or emergency visits. An accompanying LOINC reference table provides institutional reference intervals stratified by sex and age group. All data were anonymized and validated prior to release, following the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD). This dataset supports research in clinical data analysis, epidemiology, and the development of machine learning models for healthcare applications.
