资源简介:

This study explores the impact of climate change on study behaviour among graduate students in Dehradun. A cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 200 students using a structured questionnaire designed to assess awareness of climate change, environmental perceptions, study habits, and psychological responses. The findings indicate that a significant proportion of students are aware of climate change and perceive noticeable environmental changes such as increased temperature, irregular rainfall, and environmental discomfort. These changes were found to influence study behaviour, including reduced concentration, altered study routines, and decreased motivation. In addition to behavioural changes, the study highlights psychological impacts, with many participants reporting stress and anxiety associated with climate-related conditions. Academic performance was also reported to be moderately affected due to these environmental and psychological factors. This research contributes to the growing body of evidence linking climate change with educational outcomes and student well-being. The findings emphasize the need for adaptive strategies within educational institutions, including improved infrastructure, flexible learning environments, and enhanced mental health support systems. The dataset, survey tool, and analysis provided in this study are intended to support further research and academic discussion on the intersection of climate change and education.
