Biotechnologically produced F antigen was assessed for its reactivity with specific anti-B. burgdorferi s.l. antibodies by ELISA to determine its utility for serological diagnosis of Borrelia infection in human sera.
This dataset contains data regarding the reactivity of a recombinant protein named "F" with specific anti-B. burgdorferi s.l. antibodies present in human sera.
Data consists of methodology, IgG ELISA optimization parameters and results and values from IgG ELISA performed under optimized conditions.
