Anoxia-driven enrichment of N₂O-producing denitrifiers and sulfate reducers in a plastic-polluted tropical lagoon: metagenome-assembled genome evidence — Supporting dataset
收藏资源简介:
Study Overview This dataset supports the functional metagenomic analysis of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur (CNPS) biogeochemical cycling genes in two contrasting tropical aquatic ecosystems in Côte d'Ivoire: - Biétry Bay (Ébrié lagoon, Abidjan; 5°16′59″N, 3°59′23″W) — industrially polluted, contaminated site- Kassembié Lake (Alépé; 5°25′29″N, 3°40′54″W) — pristine reference site Five metagenomes were sequenced (Illumina NovaSeq® X, 150 bp paired-end): Bietry_1, Bietry_2, Bietry_3 (Biétry Bay) and Kassembie_1, Kassembie_2 (Kassembié Lake). Metagenome assembly, binning, quality filtering, dereplication, gene prediction, and taxonomic classification are described in Hongo et al. (2026). The 49 dereplicated MAGs provided here are the genomic input for the CNPS and METABOLIC-G/C analyses in this article.
