This project aims to characterize the phyllosphere microbial communities associated with maize grown under post-tobacco relay intercropping systems. Leaf samples were collected from maize plants cultivated following tobacco, and high-throughput sequencing was conducted to profile microbial community composition and diversity. The resulting dataset provides baseline information for understanding phyllosphere microbiome structure under post-tobacco cropping conditions.
