The assembly draft genome sequences of three rockfish species and filtered SNP matrix

The draft genome sequences of three species of Sebastes were assembed by using SOAPdenovo2 software. Among the three config files, DES03051-V.41.yu.scafSeq represents the assembly of <i>Sebastes koreanus</i>, with DES03052-V.41.yu.scafSeq representing <i>S. nudus</i> and DES03053-V.41.yu.scafSeq representing <i>S. schlegelii</i>. The VCF file contains filtered SNP loci based on reported Sebastes genome data. The VCF file was produced by using BWA and SAMtools softwares. The phylogenetic neighbor-joining tree file (.nwk) was produced using TASSEL5 software.
