Mus musculus ID8-G7 tumor exome/transcriptome. Mus musculus strain:C57Bl/6 | isolate:ID8-G7 tumor

We performed exome sequencing and RNA-seq on the mouse tumor line ID8-G7 and on splenocytes from a transgenic mouse (MMTV/neu-OTI/OTII) from our colony. Our goal was to identify immunogenic, tumor specific mutations within the ID8-G7 model and target the mutations with vaccines. We identified 92 mutations in the exome and targeted 17 with peptide vaccines. The majority of the vaccinations elicited T cell responses towards the mutations. However, the T cell responses failed to suppress tumor growth.
