RNA-Seq Analyses of Chamaelirium luteum

This study aims to decipher the path of centromere evolution, we revealed the centromere structure of C. luteum, and compared the (epi)genome organization, kinetochore composition, and genome synteny between the monocentric C. luteum and the holocentric sister Chionographis japonica. RNA-Seq Analyses was performed using leaf, fruit, root and flower tissues of C. luteum.
