Shows the balance of the City's Reserve Fund, including transfers in and transfers out, beginning in Fiscal Year 1998-1999. The Reserve Fund is an important part of the City's financial health, and is relied on in the event of a natural disaster or other crisis situation. The City's current policy is to maintain a minimum Reserve Fund balance of 5% of General Fund receipts.
