The development of Col-0 adult leaves (leaf8) was live-imaged every 24 hours (D, days after initiation). In addition to part I (doi: 10.17632/tvphv797m8.1), here are another two biological samples.
TdTomato signals from the plasma membrane were captured by a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI. For further information, please refer to the related publication.
