ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT, MENTORSHIP, AND RETENTION AMONG RURAL AND EARLY CAREER HEALTHCARE WORKERS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND META ANALYSIS (2022–2025)

This dataset supports a systematic review and meta‑analysis on organizational support, mentorship, and retention among rural and early‑career healthcare workers. It compiles structured quantitative data from ten studies (2022–2025), including meta‑analyses, intervention evaluations, and observational designs across hospital, community, and rural settings.
