We aimed to identify the binding target genes or elements of GATA4 under cGAS-STING pathway stimulation in monocytic cells. For this purpose, we stimulated U937 monocytic celline with cGAS-STING agonist (2'3'-cGAMP) and performed CUT&RUN by using anti-GATA4 antibody (Invitrogen, Waltham, MA, USA, MA5-15532) or anti-mouse IgG (Calbiochem, San Diego, CA, USA, N103-100UG). Input DNA was prepared by the DNA fragmentation protocol using MNase. For ChIP-seq, libraries were generated using the TruSeq DNA sample prep Kit (Illumina) and sequenced on the NovaSeq6000.
