The share of new entrepreneurs who are Latino in the United States rose from 10 percent in 1996 to 24.9 percent in 2018, the highest increase of any ethnic or racial group. The share of new white entrepreneurs decreased from 77.1 percent in 1996 to 54.4 percent in 2018.
