Endophytic bacteria are found in almost every plant worldwide, and the ubiquitous in the internal tissues of plants. Some endophytes are capable of promoting the growth of plants. In this paper, we detected the diversity of endophytic bacteria community in root of five species of sugarcane and revealed the microbial community in sugarcane root related to the species. Our findings showed the diversity of microbial community in different sugarcane germplasms and shed light on the mechanism of biological nitrogen fixation on sugarcane.
