本数据集系统收录了分子筛材料在合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和气体分离领域的性能研究数据,包含 59 个文件夹及子文件夹,830 个实验数据文件,数据总共大小为 76 MB,主要采集地点为山东省青岛市黄岛区滨海街道里岛路,中国石油大学(华东)古镇口校区,采集时间为2023 年 1 月至 2025 年 12 月。数据通过定期硬盘备份、密码保护、专人负责、刻录存储等方式保障数据的安全完整,所有数据集为完全共享,公开时间为 2026 年 2 月。针对CO2与甲醇直接合成DMC过程中存在的热力学平衡限制与CO2活化难题,数据集重点研究了CeO2/Beta、Pd/Silicalite-1及Pd-Mo/NaY等一系列催化剂的构效关系,揭示了氧空位、金属分散度及助剂修饰对催化活性与稳定性的关键作用。在气体分离方面,数据集涵盖了LTA、EMT及SOD等分子筛膜的制备、微观结构调控及其对CO2、H2、CH4等气体的分离性能,阐明了晶种尺寸、凝胶活性及中间层设计对膜厚度、致密性与选择性的影响机制。数据集包含催化性能测试、结构表征(XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、TPD、原位红外等)及分离性能评估等原始数据,为开发高效DMC合成催化剂与高性能气体分离膜提供了坚实的实验基础与设计依据。

This dataset system collects performance research data of zeolite materials in the fields of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) synthesis and gas separation. It includes 59 folders and subfolders, 830 experimental data files, with a total size of 76 MB. The data was mainly collected at Guzhenkou Campus of China University of Petroleum (East China), No. Lidao Road, Binhai Street, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, during the period from January 2023 to December 2025. The security and integrity of the data are guaranteed through regular hard disk backup, password protection, dedicated personnel management, burned storage and other methods. The entire dataset is fully shared, with a public release date of February 2026. To address the thermodynamic equilibrium limitation and CO2 activation challenges in the direct synthesis of DMC from CO2 and methanol, this dataset focuses on the structure-activity relationships of a series of catalysts including CeO2/Beta, Pd/Silicalite-1, Pd-Mo/NaY and others, and reveals the critical roles of oxygen vacancies, metal dispersion and promoter modification on catalytic activity and stability. In the field of gas separation, the dataset covers the preparation, microstructure regulation of zeolite membranes such as LTA, EMT and SOD, as well as their separation performance for gases including CO2, H2, CH4 and others, and clarifies the influence mechanisms of seed crystal size, gel activity and interlayer design on membrane thickness, compactness and selectivity. The dataset contains raw data including catalytic performance tests, structural characterizations (XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, TPD, in-situ FTIR, etc.) and separation performance evaluations, which provides solid experimental foundations and design guidelines for developing high-efficiency DMC synthesis catalysts and high-performance gas separation membranes.
